\nABOUT THE PROJECT

Konradi - life in and between the houses, is in collaboration with fsb, carrying out a study of opportunities and challenges in the further development of fsb's current operating communities. The purpose of the study is to develop a model of operation which is qualified by fsb's own resources in the form of employees and resident-democrats.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The method in the workshop is therefore characterized by a number of inclusive processes (workshops, focus group interviews, future workshop and caf\u00e9 debates), where the perspectives of the various stakeholders are identified. Together, this will form a knowledge base for a model aimed towards further development of the operating communities, which reflects the perspectives, interests and needs of both resident-democrats and employees.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
