\nABOUT THE PROJECT<\/span><\/p>\n

Konradi - life in and between the houses has, in connection with the evaluation activities of the comprehensive plan for residential social work in Vapnagaard, conducted the first of two wellfare surveys among the residents. The survey was carried out as a questionnaire survey in connection with the start-up of the comprehensive plan in autumn of 2015 and will function as a baseline measurement of well-being. At the same time, the purpose of the questionnaire survey was to collect knowledge about the residents' wishes and needs, so that the comprehensive plan's activities could be organized thereafter. In the questionnaire, topics such as neighbourhood unity, volunteerism and resident democracy was surveyed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second wellfare survey will be carried out as an impact measurement of the comprehensive plan for residential social work at the end of the comprehensive plan in autumn of 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

The target group is primarily the employees and management of the comprehensive plan. The results provide the opportunity to define potential focus areas in the plan going forward. <\/span><\/p>\n
