\nABOUT THE PROJECT<\/span><\/p>\n

Vapnagaard is a residential area in Helsing\u00f8r municipality, which is characterized by both containing a large number of strengths and resources, and also by being challenged in a number of areas. In close cooperation with residents and employees, new efforts and activities were developed to solve the challenges in Vapnagaard, with a focus on ensuring a long lasting effect after the end of the comprehensive plan. In the comprehensive plan, an overall vision for Vapnagaard was drawn up as a guideline for the residential social work. The vision was translated into four general goals and areas of action as well as a large number of activities to achieve the goals and visions set out. For the residents, a pixie version of the comprehensive plan was developed with a focus on which activities they could participate in, either as regular participants or as volunteers.<\/span><\/p>\n
